The Role

Veev is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join its team. This role reports to the Manager of Training & Development and requires a strong background in audio/video production, instructional design, in-person and virtual training facilitation, and e-learning authoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audio/Video Production: Create high-quality training videos, tutorials, and multimedia content that effectively convey complex concepts and procedures.
  • Instructional Design: Develop and design training materials, including job aids and e-learning modules tailored to the needs of the manufacturing and assembly elements of the company.
  • Live Facilitating: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels, ensuring they are prepared to succeed in their roles.
  • E-Learning Authoring: Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, or similar software, and implement assessments and knowledge checks within e-learning courses to evaluate learner progress and retention.
  • Collaboration: Partner with managers, subject matter experts, and HR to help identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Compliance: Reinforce with team members the simultaneous and equal focus on Safety, Procedure, and Quality.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development.
  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and e-learning authoring tools (ie, Articulate).
  • Strong audio/video production skills, including experience with editing software (ie, Camtasia).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location, is $80,000 - $100,000 annually for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas.
