- Massachusetts Licensure in special education or a related discipline
- Familiarity with DESE Regulations and IDEA
- Minimum of three years of experience in an urban educational environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Master’s Degree in Special Education (preferred)
- Administrative or supervisory certification and experience (preferred)
- Experience teaching special education in urban settings (preferred)
- Knowledge of SEIMS (preferred)
