Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Resident Care Associate to work on our overnight shift. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Resident Care Associate, you will assist residents with their personal care needs, enabling them to maintain their independence, safety, and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide direction and support to residents with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and mobility
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • CNA license or equivalent certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience as a nurse's aide
  • CNA license
  • Willingness to take additional geriatric-related training
Compensation

Up to $20/hour based on experience, credentials, and shift
