Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled CRNA to join our team at Wadley Regional Medical Center, a 370-bed hospital in Texarkana, Texas. As a CRNA, you will participate in a variety of cases, working in a care team model with opportunities for autonomy and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including major vascular, general, ortho, neuro, and other cases.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in anesthesia care.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $224,973 - $229,133, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, life, and long-term/short-term disability insurance, malpractice coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
