Roofing Service Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Roofing Service Technician to become a vital part of our organization.

We offer comprehensive paid training to equip you with the skills necessary to perform repairs, make repair recommendations, conduct evaluations, and carry out Roofing Preventative Maintenance on low slope roofing systems.


Professionalism, presentation, and effective communication are essential, as you will interact directly with clients on a daily basis.

Compensation: Competitive earnings ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, with our Service Technicians averaging over $70,000 annually.


We provide three annual bonus opportunities, including a safety bonus of up to $1,500.00 per year, an individual performance bonus, and a company bottom-line bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety protocols on the job and while driving.
- Inspect roofing issues, perform repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance.

Communication Skills:
- Articulate clearly and persuasively in various situations; actively listen and seek clarification; respond effectively to inquiries.

Dependability:
- Complete tasks punctually; follow instructions and respond to management guidance.

- Operate a company vehicle to travel to client locations daily.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in roofing, relevant construction experience, or military service.
- Valid Driver's License (REQUIRED).
- Must be at least 21 years old (REQUIRED to operate company vehicle).
- High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED).
- Willingness to travel when local work is unavailable.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
- Must frequently ascend and descend ladders ranging from 10 to 40 feet in height.
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
- Work consistently in outdoor weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from various heights.
- Shovel loose materials such as gravel, sand, metal, snow, or dirt.
