- Perform quality checks on products and parts, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
- Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Effectively communicate manufacturing, material, or equipment issues to supervising personnel, providing timely and accurate information.
- Work cooperatively with the assembly team to meet quotas and goals, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Assist other technical department personnel as required, providing support and expertise as needed.
- Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality, identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Perform routine area and equipment cleaning, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Perform related duties as assigned, adapting to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Assembly background preferred, with experience in a production and manufacturing environment.
- Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor skills, with ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions.
- Able to work efficiently and carefully, without damaging items or compromising quality.
- Good organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to organize items.
