About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineering Manager to lead our Embedded Sensors Quality Engineering team. As a key member of our Core OS organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of technologies at the heart of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and lead quality/test engineers who design, deploy, and maintain automated test environments used in testing embedded sensor technologies.
  • Help define validation strategies and create detailed test plans for validating new hardware and software features.
  • Work closely with cross-functional development and quality teams, building strong relationships with other teams both within and outside of the Core OS organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with system hardware or software validation, some of which has been in a team lead position.
  • Programming experience with C, Python, and Shell scripting.
  • Experience with test automation and testing at a large scale.
  • Ability to create and manage complex test plans.
  • Proven ability to ramp up quickly on both new and existing technologies.
  • Excellent communication and team work skills.
