Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Flaget Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing routine mammography procedures, assisting radiologists with needle procedures, and maintaining patient records.

• Perform mammography procedures to ensure quality patient care in accordance with radiologist's expectations and protocols.
• Assist radiologists with needle procedures and maintain patient records.
• Display knowledge and comply with National Patient Safety goals.
• Support and report any identified compliance matters.
• Participate in hospital and department quality assurance programs to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain professional development and education for technical competency.
• Use standard precautions and PPE at all times.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and licensure for current position.
• Attend all required educational programs and Learn modules.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Possess and maintain certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Mammography (M) within 1 year of employment.
• State of Kentucky License is required.
• BLS certification.
