Cocktail Specialist

Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary: XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience and creating innovative drinks that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking and replenishing inventory as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mixology trends and techniques to provide our guests with unique and exciting drink options.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Computer literacy and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
