Position Overview

The Beverage Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding drinking experience for guests, crafting both classic and innovative beverages that surpass customer expectations.Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons in the bar and restaurant.
  • Engage with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
  • Evaluate customer preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Mix ingredients to create a variety of cocktails.
  • Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
  • Restock and maintain bar inventory and supplies.
  • Focus on guest satisfaction and foster an exceptional experience.
  • Adhere to all food and beverage regulations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Bartender.
  • Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
  • Proficiency in computer use.
  • Fluency in a second language is advantageous.
  • Positive demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to maintain an organized, stocked, and clean bar in accordance with health and safety standards.
