Position Title: Production Operations Coordinator

Overview of the Role

We are on the lookout for a skilled Production Operations Coordinator to manage and enhance our manufacturing processes. This position is essential for achieving financial objectives while maintaining operational efficiency and product excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute production timelines that align with both immediate and future objectives.
  • Assess production capacity and suggest viable solutions to overcome limitations.
  • Work closely with production leadership to implement strategic plans.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assessing productivity.
  • Guarantee timely product delivery while minimizing disruptions during transitions.
  • Adjust to evolving customer requirements to improve satisfaction levels.
