Backroom Coordinator

As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise onto the sales floor, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Communicate effectively with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Monitor productivity of the team and coach as necessary.
• Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs.

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Team player with excellent customer service skills.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
