Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery and Setup: Safely deliver and set up medical equipment to patients in their homes, ensuring that all equipment is properly installed and functioning correctly.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on medical equipment to ensure it is in good working condition, and make any necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of medical equipment, ensuring that all necessary supplies are on hand and that equipment is properly stored and secured.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure that medical equipment is delivered and set up correctly, and that any issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as medical equipment delivery or healthcare services.
  • Skills: Ability to lift and carry medical equipment weighing up to 75 pounds, strong communication and customer service skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle records check.
