Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of construction personnel, including laborers, operators, and equipment operators.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities, including equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment expenses.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

  • Ability to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions.
