Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus generous medical benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

The RN Supervisor will oversee the nursing team on our medical unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to our person-centered care philosophy.

Requirements

  • Valid RN licensure in the state of CT
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in long term care nursing
  • Strong leadership and assessment skills
  • Ability to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel
