Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the development and maintenance of our digital platforms, including the app and respective portals, to ensure smooth functioning and optimal user experience.
- Support the lead department and vendors in ensuring the successful deployment of our programs and services.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing positive and efficient resolutions to their issues.
- Assist in system testing (UAT) to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
