Job Title: IT Data Analyst

Join ABBTECH Professional Resources as we seek an IT Data Analyst to support our client, a leading electric company in the US. This is a remote position located in Newark, NJ, requiring local candidates who can work independently with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare data and reports for project managers, PMO teams, stakeholders, and the C-suite, understanding their diverse needs.
  • Gather data outputs from projects and produce reports and forecasts on past and future project performance.
  • Review and monitor IT project performance, conducting regular process compliance checks and preparing reports.
  • Manage and recommend improvements to project methodologies, drafting new and refining existing policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with IT Project Management Office teams to ensure best practices are communicated and understood.
  • Facilitate meetings, present reports, and document results, validating solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years of experience as a data analyst, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of PMO processes and portfolio management processes.
  • Self-driven, with demonstrated ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with expertise in Excel and strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
