Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitates communication among healthcare staff, patients, and visitors to promote a seamless flow of information.
  2. Handles all clerical and administrative tasks necessary to support patient care services.
  3. Coordinates daily patient flow and activities to enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Maintains inventory levels by stocking the office with necessary supplies and preparing requisitions as needed.
  5. Answers incoming calls professionally, directing them appropriately or taking messages when necessary.
  6. Processes faxes and photocopies documents as requested by team members.

Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Associate's degree.

Skills:

This role requires strong critical thinking abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond appropriately to various situations.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, consisting of 7-10 hour shifts on weekdays.
