As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Signature HealthCARE, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care. This will include supervision of day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants, operating in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations, and confirming that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
Requirements- Active LPN License: You must possess an active LPN license in the state of residence.
- CPR Certification: Current/active CPR certification is required.
- Strong Attention to Detail: You'll need to have strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
