Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Customers

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing personalized advice and solutions to meet their financial needs.

Process Transactions

You will be responsible for processing transactions, including cash and digital payments, as well as handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Meet Customer Needs

You will work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their objectives.

Work with Branch Team

You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working together to achieve our business goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.

Customer Service Experience

You must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of recommending and referring products and services to customers.

Strong Communication Skills

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Problem-Solving Skills

You must be able to problem-solve and provide solutions to customer issues, working collaboratively with the branch team to resolve any issues that may arise.

Availability to Work Branch Hours

You must be available to work branch hours, which may include weekends and evenings.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 Months of Transaction Processing Experience

Preferred candidates will have 6 months of experience processing transactions, including cash and digital payments.

Motivational Skills

Preferred candidates will have the ability to motivate others, including teammates, business partners, and specialists, through collaboration and teamwork.
