Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit performance.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York.
- Experience in critical care nursing, preferably in a progressive care unit.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
