We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaning Professional to join our team at Molly Maid. As a House Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are clean and comfortable.

Responsibilities
  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards, following our proven process to delight every customer.
  • Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Manage the team's schedule and drive safely, if assigned as a team lead.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the necessary housekeeping supplies.
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Complete a background check and drug test.
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 5pm.
  • Bilingual a plus, must be able to communicate with clients.

We offer a competitive compensation plan, with a pay range of $10.00 to $20.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner. Additional benefits include paid time off up to 10 days per year.
