Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Illinois.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac catheterization procedures and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Perform cardiac catheterization procedures, including diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Operate and maintain catheterization laboratory equipment
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
- Current certification in ACLS, BLS, and ARRT
- Experience with Cerner electronic medical records system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
