The Event Service Professional role at Green Ridge Hospitality is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a banquet serving staff member, you will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and break down rooms, furniture, bars, and chafing dishes to ensure seamless transitions between events.
  • Collaborate with the Chef and Banquet Coordinator to deliver high-quality food and beverage services, using the BEO to validate with the guest host.
  • Exhibit service-mindedness, urgency, and professionalism at all times, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in every aspect of your work.

Requirements:

  • This is an hourly position with occasional tips, offering competitive wages from $18-20 per hour commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Prior restaurant and/or banquet experience is essential, as well as the ability to lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 30 pounds throughout your shift.
  • A minimum three-shift availability is required, including weekends and Sundays, due to the nature of the role.
