OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Restorative Nurse to join our team at Signature HealthCARE of Roanoke Rapids. As a Restorative Nurse, you will play a vital role in maximizing the residents' existing abilities, emphasizing independence, and minimizing the negative effects of disability.
Responsibilities- Perform restorative nursing procedures that promote residents' independence and minimize disability.
- Assist with admissions and provide support to the therapy team as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
- One to three years of related experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Current/active CPR certification.
- Ability to recognize residents' needs and provide appropriate care.
