Join the Care Compass Network team as a Senior Program Manager, leading and managing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of assigned programs and initiatives. Collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager to drive operational implementation and ensure initiatives meet expectations and deadlines.

This role serves as a network lead, effectively incorporating strategy, tools, and techniques to manage programs efficiently. Key responsibilities include facilitating team meetings to plan, execute, and monitor programs, developing project plans with detailed tasks, milestones, and timelines, and creating internal workflows and processes in response to new program needs.

  • Develop and implement analytical mitigation plans by analyzing problems, evaluating solutions, and implementing fixes.
  • Prioritize activities to achieve objectives, leveraging subject matter experts as needed.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or 10 years equivalent experience managing projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) training or direct equivalent project management experience.
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and ability to develop working relationships.
  • Proficient in planning & time management, independent work, critical thinking, adaptability, and Microsoft Office applications.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

  • N/A - Minimum Required
  • PMP Certification preferred but not required

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Care Compass Network utilizes a hybrid work model, allowing employees to work remotely from home or the CCN office. Travel may be required for partner and/or network meetings.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
