Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as the authority in strength and conditioning, delivering comprehensive programs that challenge clients and assist them in achieving their fitness objectives.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service by fostering a welcoming atmosphere, connecting with clients, and building lasting relationships.
  • Take initiative and be responsible for increasing the number of Athletic Performance sessions through community engagement and referrals.
  • Adopt a growth-oriented mindset by continually researching and implementing innovative exercise strategies tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
  • Provide value by coaching, demonstrating, and educating clients on proper techniques and form during training sessions.
  • Enhance client experiences by integrating advanced technologies during training as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and Assistants to generate potential leads for Athletic Performance services.
  • Demonstrate social responsibility by participating in community outreach and public relations initiatives.

Qualifications include:

  • Relevant certifications in strength and conditioning, such as CSCS or equivalent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and deliver excellent service.
  • A commitment to staying informed about the latest trends and research in strength and conditioning.
  • The ability to adapt and tailor training programs to meet individual client goals.
  • Experience in a performance-based role with a strong drive to exceed expectations.
