Role Summary: As a Clinical Care Coordinator at Princeton Baptist Medical Center, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. You will supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Work Environment: Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology and staffed by a team of experienced healthcare professionals. We provide fast, life-saving response times for patients with chest pain or stroke symptoms, cardiology services, orthopedics, psychiatric care, and comprehensive sleep center. Additionally, we offer a Comprehensive Bariatrics Center for surgical and non-surgical weight-loss procedures.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible candidates and comprehensive health insurance package.
