Orthopaedic Surgeon

Job Summary:

The Orthopaedics Department at Emory University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team as an Assistant Professor. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing operative and non-operative musculoskeletal patient care needs, including knee and hip joint replacement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage operative and non-operative musculoskeletal patient care needs
• Perform knee and hip joint replacement surgeries
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal disorders
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Contribute to the education and training of residents, fellows, and other healthcare providers

Requirements:

• Completed an accredited orthopaedic residency
• Board certified/board eligible in respective field
• Fellowship training preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
