Position Overview:
The Orthopaedics Department at Emory University is seeking a full-time general orthopaedic surgeon to become part of our growing Orthopaedic service line. This role encompasses practice locations in various communities.
The primary responsibilities include the assessment and treatment of both surgical and non-surgical musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular emphasis on knee and hip joint replacements.
Qualified candidates will have completed an accredited orthopaedic residency and must be board certified or board eligible in their specialty; fellowship training is highly desirable. Compensation and appointment level will be aligned with the applicant's qualifications and experience. Additionally, residency or fellowship stipends are available. This role reports directly to the department chair.
There are opportunities to mentor residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals.
