As a Clinical BCBA Supervisor, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality ABA services to our clients and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and Mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Develop and Implement Individualized Treatment Plans
  • Conduct Behavioral Assessments and Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans
  • Collect and Analyze Data to Inform Treatment Decisions
  • Train Parents and Caregivers on Behavioral Assessments and Interventions
  • Collaborate with Clinical Team Members to Ensure High-Quality Service Delivery
  • Participate in Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Initiatives

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Related Field
  • Current BCBA Certification in Good Standing
  • At Least 3 Years of Experience Working with Children with Autism
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment
