Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary range based on experience: $106,852 - $150,351.49/year
  • Incentive Plan with an annual bonus potential of up to 18% of base salary
  • Starting Bonus of $10,000 (contingent upon one year of employment)
  • Retention Bonus of $10,000 after two years of full-time service

Work Schedule

This position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate patients and their families on preventive health measures and prescribed treatments
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to assess, plan, and implement patient care strategies

Qualifications
  • Active and clear Nurse Practitioner license in the state
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in the state
