Job Description

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for the Hospital Anti-Infectives sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales leadership, marketing teams, and other departments to create training content that meets the needs of the sales team.
  • Facilitate training classes, workshops, and meetings in both live and virtual environments, using a variety of training methods and tools.
  • Mentor and coach new sales representatives during the new representative training program, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of training programs, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities, including training program development, facilitation, and evaluation, as well as mentoring and coaching new sales representatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a strong background in clinical training and development.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
