We are seeking a skilled and motivated UHealthSolutions Team Member to join our Contact Center team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing information and referral services to customers, using established procedures to respond to inquiries, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate location for resolution.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Must read, speak and write English fluently;
- Bi-lingual proficiency preferred;
- At least 6 months call center experience or 1 year customer service experience with strong phone contact handling skills;
- Physical ability to stand and repetitively bend down and reach up for extended periods of time.
