Position Overview
The Trading Team Lead will work closely with the Trading Manager, taking on a pivotal role in supervising, mentoring, and guiding a team of traders. This position is responsible for the creation and management of pricing, risk monitoring, bet acceptance, and maximizing profitability. The Trading Team Lead will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and industry best practices while striving to meet the organization's financial goals.
In this role, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our trading system architecture and its integration with third-party providers. You will consistently deliver tailored pricing strategies aimed at specific customer demographics. A deep expertise in sports betting, odds formulation, and various trading strategies is essential, along with relevant industry experience.
