Job Overview

About the Role

The Advanced Practice Healthcare Professional will provide high-quality patient care that supports established specialty practice objectives and strategic organizational goals. This includes establishing preventive measures, diagnosing and treating illnesses and disorders in a competent manner consistent with medical practice and joint protocols as established with the collaborating physician.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts organization-wide and contribute towards the organization's educational programs and teaching activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in nursing from an accredited school or as grandfathered by NJ Law.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey and certified by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Certification within area of specialty required and granted privileges from Atlantic City Medical Center medical staff.
  • NRNNP, C or RNCNS, C registry unencumbered.
  • ACLS also required APGCardiology.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in field of specialty as RN in State of New Jersey.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
