About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians, including setting up and adjusting exercise equipment, instructing and monitoring exercise performance, and assisting with prescribed home exercise programs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to cleaning and sanitation protocols, and ensuring equipment is clean and functioning properly.
  • Have a sense of urgency in addressing patient concerns and issues, escalating them to clinicians and the Clinic Director for prompt resolution.
  • Support ATI's mission by delivering an exceptional customer experience, including greeting and interacting with patients warmly, promoting an efficient patient intake and registration process, and assisting clinicians with timely scheduling.
  • Assist in reaching clinic metrics by converting referrals into evaluations, assisting with patient rescheduling, and providing primary support during the daily patient check-in process.
Requirements
  • High School diploma and/or relevant healthcare experience.
  • Customer service experience in a service industry or administrative role.
  • Certified Personal Trainer experience.
  • Associates Degree in Health Sciences or a related field.
