- Prioritization: Identify and prioritize patient care actions based on needs.
- Intervention Execution: Carry out nursing interventions according to established care plans and hospital policies.
- Safe Environment: Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Documentation: Accurately document patient responses to interventions and care provided.
- Clinical Judgment: Utilize clinical judgment to meet the needs of patients and ensure safety.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License in the practicing state.
- Adherence to professional nursing standards.
- Completion of competency programs as required.
- Current CPR certification, if applicable.
- Compliance with health regulations, including TB screening.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
