  • Prioritization: Identify and prioritize patient care actions based on needs.
  • Intervention Execution: Carry out nursing interventions according to established care plans and hospital policies.
  • Safe Environment: Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
  • Documentation: Accurately document patient responses to interventions and care provided.
  • Clinical Judgment: Utilize clinical judgment to meet the needs of patients and ensure safety.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License in the practicing state.
  • Adherence to professional nursing standards.
  • Completion of competency programs as required.
  • Current CPR certification, if applicable.
  • Compliance with health regulations, including TB screening.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
