CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) - Iraq

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Iraq. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for administering anesthetics to patients undergoing medical, dental, and surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Administer anesthetics to patients in a variety of settings, including small medical/trauma hospitals and large medical/trauma hospitals.
- Work under the direction of a Physician, Surgeon, or Anesthetist to ensure the safe and effective administration of anesthetics.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and communicate with physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Perform other tasks during medical procedures, such as inserting artificial airways, administering oxygen, and attempting to prevent surgical shock.
- Assist with stabilization of patients and coordination of evacuation to a medevac center or CONUS.
- Must have completed an accredited Nursing training program leading to a diploma, certification, or bachelor's degree.
- Must have completed an accredited Nurse Anesthetist school in the US resulting in a diploma or master's degree.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Nurse Anesthetist.
- Must hold and maintain a current unrestricted U.S. (State) Medical license as a Nurse Anesthetist.
- Must hold a current certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRBA).
The work environment is typically interior/office work, with travel in Iraq required by surface or air. The successful candidate must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including a protective mask, ballistic helmet, body armor, and chemical/biological protective garments.
