We are seeking an experienced Environmental Scientist to join our team in Texas. As a key member of our Permitting, Planning and Licensing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' environmental needs.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Biologist to join our team in Austin, TX, Dallas, TX, Midland, TX, or Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in conducting biological field surveys, preparing wetland reports, and obtaining jurisdictional determinations.
Responsibilities- Conduct biological field surveys, including wetland/waterbody, habitat, or wildlife and plant species-specific surveys
- Prepare wetland reports and obtain jurisdictional determinations
- Prepare Permit Applications for USACE Section 10/404 and state permit applications
- Support mitigation activities, including mitigation banking options and permittee-responsible options requiring the development of Wetlands Mitigation Plans
- Prepare listed species reports and consultation packages to resource agencies
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, natural resources, biology, ecology, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of post-degree experience in environmental consulting or a related field
- Wetland Delineation experience required
- Listed species habitat assessment experience required
- Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously

CompensationThe estimated salary range for this position is $63,000 - $77,000 per year, depending on experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program.
