US Water Services Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our wastewater treatment plants and associated systems.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain wastewater treatment plant equipment, including pumps, motors, and chemical feed systems.
- Monitor and control plant processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of parts.
- Collect and analyze water and wastewater samples to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of plant operations, including logbooks and sampling records.
- Class C or above Wastewater Operator License with a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in wastewater and water utility operations.
- Florida Driver's License with CDL Endorsement (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
