At Gardner Resources Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Device Management Specialist to join our team. As an MDM Administrator, you will be responsible for designing and supporting hardware, software, and cloud services to deploy, manage, track, and audit mobile devices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing iOS and Android devices, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. AirWatch Professional Certification is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will also have excellent teamwork, time-management, and organizational skills, as well as intermediate Microsoft SQL and PowerShell skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track device inventory in the MDM cloud environment and perform audits of the AirWatch system.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems with mobile devices, including telephone, email, and on-site support.
  • Administer and maintain the AirWatch Installation and configuration systems at Client with level 4 support.
  • Enforce mobile device policies and procedures in the MDM AirWatch environment.
  • Provide support for loading commercial off-the-shelf and in-house developed mobile applications into the AirWatch application catalog.
  • Liaise with Client's business units and AirWatch consultants for installations, deployments, and troubleshooting of new AirWatch releases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience with mobile devices.
  • AirWatch Professional Certification preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in managing iOS and Android devices.
  • Excellent teamwork, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft SQL and PowerShell skills required.
