Key Responsibilities
  • Unload trucks and receive merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stock and arrange merchandise on shelves and in the backroom, ensuring that products are facing forward and at eye level
  • Assist customers with purchasing decisions and provide guidance on product usage and features
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including sweeping and mopping as needed
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
