Job Title: Merchandising Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Associate to join our team. As a Merchandising Associate, you will be responsible for pricing and setting customer stores, assisting in the training of new fellow merchandisers, and participating in company annual shows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the training of new fellow merchandisers on how to properly price and set customer shelving.
  • Assist in creating customer store lay-outs upon request, placing the order via a telxon unit, arranging delivery to the store, and physically pricing and merchandising the product at the customer's store.
  • Submit proper forms for employee reimbursement, such as travel, auto, gas, per diem, hotel, etc.
  • Participate in company annual shows by setting up and tearing down of the convenience store displayed at the show.
  • Record unsalable merchandise when re-setting customer stores, in order for customer to receive credit.
  • Assist when necessary, in delivering and unloading of orders and returns.
  • Assist the Merchandising Manager in maintaining inventory of all merchandising supplies, such as mylar tags, peg hooks, price guns, labels, etc.
Requirements:
  • 6 months - 1 year related experience
  • High school diploma
  • 6 months - 1 year merchandise experience
