The Shipping Coordinator is essential to our operations, responsible for managing the processing, packaging, and dispatch of all outgoing shipments. Key duties include liaising with carriers to arrange pickups, generating shipping documentation, and monitoring deliveries to guarantee timely arrival at their intended destinations.

The successful candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, prioritize shipments according to urgency, and effectively resolve any challenges that may occur during the shipping process. A proactive mindset and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations are vital traits we are looking for in our Shipping Coordinator.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for our customers. Our Shipping Coordinators are expected to be friendly, professional, organized, and courteous at all times, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for our clients while also considering the interests of Precision. Skills in organization, multitasking, administration, and telephone communication are essential for this position.
