Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Branch Team Member to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. This role is responsible for receiving and preparing orders, as well as safely moving, loading, and delivering products.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and have at least one year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Load and unload products from deliveries
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
  • Assist in planning delivery schedule to optimize unit efficiency
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion
