Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine electrical maintenance work, including inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment and systems.
  • Ride Operations: Operate rides as necessary during staff shortages and ensure that all rides are properly maintained and safe for operation.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of electricians and ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of supplies, parts, and materials.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and prepare maintenance reports as required.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to subordinate crew members and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with company safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Vocational or technical degree in electrical systems.
  • Experience: At least 6-8 years of experience as a senior electrician or journeyman and 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Ability to work at heights up to 225ft, pass a mandatory drug test, and pass a background check.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
