Ideal Candidate Profile

Work Schedule:

Part-time - Monday to Friday starting at 8:30 AM

Full-time - Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Flexibility is essential, as client job schedules may occasionally require weekend availability.

In this role within social services, you will assist individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining their employment. You will work closely with clients, providing hands-on support in areas such as interview preparation, resume creation, and job searching. Once a client secures a position, you will continue to offer support to ensure they meet their employer's expectations. You will address challenges as they arise and maintain communication with employers to facilitate each client's professional success.

To qualify for this entry-level position, candidates should possess the following:

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent networking and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships
  • Capability to work independently
  • A valid driver's license, insurance, a clean driving record, and the ability to transport clients in your vehicle
