Ambulatory Care Nurse

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Dunn Loring, Virginia.
About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality care to our patients in the Women's Services department. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide safe and therapeutic care to patients in a holistic and systematic way.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, incorporating patient education and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to prioritize caring practices and tailor care to individual needs.
- Ensure efficiency in the delivery of care, determining immediate priorities and offering solutions for problems.
- Document all patient care activities as per documentation standards.
- Basic Life Support certification upon start.
- 2 years of experience in Women's Health is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Proficient in English, with bilingual skills in Spanish highly preferred.
