Job Overview

CENTEGIX is a leading provider of wearable safety technology solutions. Our cloud-based platform enables rapid emergency response and empowers workplaces to protect their employees.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Hardware Specialist to join our Warehouse team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will focus on refurbishing and programming equipment according to specific instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refurbish and test equipment following established protocols and specifications.
  • Program equipment using detailed instructions and software tools.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure equipment meets operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of refurbishment and programming activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
  • Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new equipment and processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions accurately.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and/or power equipment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or technical environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work in person, in our warehouse, located in Marietta, GA.
  • Willing to work a 6 month contract, with potential for contract to hire.
